②Preferably, TIFF file with RGB colors and minimum 300 DPI.
③Design should be in a good resolution and seamless.
④It’s prefer to upload the file to cloud storage and share the link with us to download, Such as Wetransfer/Dropbox/Googledrive…)

Q2, How long is the turnaround time?
Normally, Our turnaround time is 5-15 days based on order detail. If your order is urgent or large quantity, please discuss with us.

In order to avoid defective fabric being sent, We inspected all fabric before shipping. When you receive the fabric have any questions please contact us. We will give you a satisfactory solution.
Q7, Can I print on my desired fabric?
We are happy to test print a fabric that you provide or we find for you. You just cover all of the test print costs.
Q8, What fabrics do you print on?
Please refer to our sample catalog and contact our account manager for new products. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified, which means they are free of harmful substances at concentrations that are detrimental to human health, including pesticides, chlorophenols, formaldehyde, allergenic dyes, prohibited azo dyes and extracted heavy metals.

We do not promise that a single pattern is continuous, we will try to print continuously, but each patch of base fabric has an end. Thanks for your understanding.
