About design print size:

①Please set the correct design size you want to print on fabric before send to us.We will print it as the original designs size.
②You can mark the print size on the pattern name. Please mark the unit of length.
③If you don’t know how to scale your file, please upload your files together with remarks of character height, attached example.

3. Meanwhile, we offer Custom Sewing Service , Solid Color Fabric Stock and  Accessories.

Production Time :

* Sample orders finished in about 5-10 days, Our turnaround time is 5-15 days based on bulks order detail. If your order is urgent or large quantity, please discuss with us.
* Polyester fabrics are usually faster to finish. If only polyester fabric in your order, we can finish your order 4-10 days.

We inspected all fabric before shipping. We will reprint some flaw fabrics, So we need enough production time to ensure perfect quality.We welcome you to contact us at any time to inquire about the progress of the order, we will also urge the order to complete as soon as possible.

Shipping Guide :

* According to the different needs of customers We provide express transportation or sea transportation. Because different transportation need different shipping time and cost, For Express transportation 3-8 days(FedEx.DHL.UPS.TNT…).
* Express takes 3-8 days for small orders ( less than 21KG ), takes 4-9 days for bulk orders ( more than 21KG )
* Sea shipping takes generally more than 30+ days, which is more suitable for large goods of more than 300kg.
* We have a variety of transportation options, please communicate with us your requirements.

After you fill in the quantity and select the country, the product page will show you the shipping cost for express shipping. Due to seasonal and flow changes, freight rates will fluctuate. We will choose the most cost-effective mode of transportation for you.
After you choose to complete your order to Check Out. Your shipping charge will be based on the weight or volume of your entire order. So more goods will be likely to enjoy discounted shipping cost from courier companies. Wholesale goods would be wise!

Tax and Duties : 
We always fill low value to help you save tax for sample and bulk order. Customers are responsible for any fees of taxes and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, when it happens. The taxes in each country and region are determined by your local government, so we couldn’t give you accurate information. Please consult your local customs and tax department.

Payment Policy:
Buyers can now make purchases with PayPal payment, Western Union, Credit Card or Debit Card
If you would like a printed receipt for your order, please let me know and I would be glad to include one in the shipment of your items.

Refund Policy:
It is our intention to display images and descriptions of designs as richly and accurately as possible, but we recognize that the online buyer is deprived of the tactile experience. If you don’t adore your items, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. You will be refunded (minus shipping charges) via PayPal once the items in their original condition have been returned to me. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event of any item being faulty, we will either refund or send a replacement.

Please note that cut lengths of fabrics and sewing trims cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom and bulk orders are not refundable unless faulty.
